Pre-Order Information & Guarantee
PRE-ORDER DELIVERY DATES ARE ESTIMATES GIVEN BY THE MANUFACTURER OR DISTRIBUTOR AND CAN CHANGE AT ANY TIME. Many of the hobby and collectible items I carry are available for pre-order before they are manufactured. Schofield’s will attempt to fulfill every pre-order that we receive. However, sometimes there are issues out of my control such as when the manufacturer doesn’t make enough, the manufacturer cancels the production of the item, or our distributor misordered which may affect my ability to fill all pre-orders.
These issues almost never occur. I always order enough to fulfill what my customers pre-order, plus a few extra of each item, to make sure I am able to fulfill the orders you purchase. I Mike Schofield, the owner, will personally promise to do everything I can to get you the product you ordered or I’ll give you your money back plus 10%.
When you place an order, to cut down on the cost of shipping we have to charge you, we will ship everything together once the final item arrives in stock. If you would like items to be shipped as we get them just let us know and we will make it happen for the additional cost of shipping for each shipment.
Pre-Orders will be charged immediately when you complete your purchase.
Canceling a Pre-Order:
If you need to cancel your pre-order, please contact me at
(951) 444-5722 Or email us at email@example.com Or contact us by Facebook Messenger.
It won’t cost you anything for canceling your first two pre-orders per year. For any additional cancellations, I will charge 15% of the cost of your item, minus shipping. Shipping cost plus what’s left will be refunded to you by check in the mail because I can get penalized by or my credit card processor will cancel my account for high refund rates which you will have unnecessarily contributed to. Also, the manufacturers and distributors I order from do require cash upfront for each pre-order. I take what you pay and pay them right away. So, when you order and then cancel I am taking the risk of not being able to sell what you ordered to someone else. I get it things happen and sometimes you must cancel and I am happy to help, but it does come at a cost to me, so I have to put this policy in place to prevent abuse of my kindness.
